Fuck Volvo

Did some stretching and

Leg lifts*25 20 5
Legs up crunches*50

Then did volvo pushes for
16 minutes
AVG 163 HR
Peak 183 HR
420 kcal
Upper back burned on this. Speed was limited because of the rain, but otherwise good. Need to work up to 20 minutes of this.
