I've got a frozen shoulder, flared rib and torn muscle in the ankle on my left side. Doing a lot of Hof stuff, breathing can aggravate the rib so trying to take everything in moderation. I walked every day last week for at least 20 minutes, more days than not some of the walking was fasted. Lots of "mace" work with the 8 and 15 lb sledge. Liking the rows and stuff, using it to build mobility and have fun, wrists and hands are taking a beating.
Did some actual stretching for the first time in a long time, gonna have to make sure to stretch tomorrow as well, should probably do it first thing . Still building mobility and addressing asymmetries. Want to get to a place where I can do squats, pushups and basic kettlebell work. The goal of the walking is basic caloric expenditure, recovery, relaxation, work capacity, fat loss, rehabbing the ankle so I can walk to the park and do pull ups and dips.
Weighed in at 217.5 after a decent meal at 10PM tonight. Had a midnight snack, finishing this afterwards at around 1 A.
