I've got a recurring injury in my right quad. More or less randomly I'll get a sharp stabbing pain, after wards it won't hurt under pressure but it will if I try and squat.. Usually it happens during a squat but I noticed while showering today I was a bit tender feeling in the same spot. I'll ice it and watch out for any problems. Hopefully it'll be good by Friday.
