In pain but still here

BW 231 Low due to shitty eating today...alas and alack.

Head pain due to medical issues, knee pain on squats. Poor nutrition today but it's still time to squat.

During the first set I thought I was going to explode. Megadeth and Metallica are the only things that got me through this work out with out having to drop the weight.
