REMAX!!!

BW 236 Played fast and loose with the diet this past week. Too many simple and complex carbs. Some of this will probably come off with the sprints during the switching phase.

Was so pissed I missed it I tried (against all logic) from the hang, never even put the bar down. This told me I was probably sacrificing back lock/position in order to move the bar around my knees rather than getting my knees out of the way SO
