Week 2 day 6 of Bad Yogi 30 day yoga challenge
Strongfort style zottman curl (5lb Db)
Just enough for a slight pump in the biceps and forearms...gonna have to do these for time rather than reps.
Low energy today so just gonna take it easy and do a harder workout tomorrow.
Maybe if I'm feeling good I'll do another yoga workout tonight.
