9-1 in 9:55. Rough, hip flexors were burning surprisingly
Sidebends 16kg and V-ups

Minor glute circuit, glute bridge and calf work.
Later misc 25lb curls and hammer curls
Short red band rev. and regular wrist curls
25lb lateral PU drags.
