Revenge of the blah

1/18/13 Felt sluggish and awful yesterday. Took an Amp sugar and all before this workout Swings+ squats 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 In 20 minutes. Walked 3 miles.
