blah blah blah blah

1/8/13 2 mile walk wearing 20 lbs took 35 minutes 1/9/13 EDT lunges 50, 30, 20, 22, 14 136 total previous PR 106= 23% improvement Push ups, no paralletes 20, 20, 15, 12 77 Last time I used paralletes and got 53 1 mile walk in 18 minutes (minus a few minutes to talk down the angry dog)
