15 minutes of meditation. Some very good focus, could also hear, more feel, my heartbeat after a while. That opens some interesting biofeedback doors for the future.
A few reps of static yoga shit. Really not feeling the exercise today. Hopefully I'll get up the energy for some bands or kettlebell work later.
